Director of Sales, Navy; USN

• Direct and oversee the entire sales process for Silvus' MIMO-MANET products within the US Navy
• Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the US Navy market
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to support sales development
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor actions affecting company positioning
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of business opportunities, regularly updating CRM databases

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
• Prior US DoD military service with demonstrated increasing levels of responsibility
• Deep understanding of US Navy procurement processes and military applications
• Experience leading all phases of business capture, including proposals and strategic positioning
• Must have clearance at the SECRET level or the ability to obtain it within 12 months

• Minimum 4 years of business development and sales experience in a technical field
• Demonstrated experience in autonomous military systems
• Strong technical acumen regarding US Navy tactical communications challenges
• Proven track record of successful sales in MANET and radio solutions
• Familiarity with CRADA formulation and execution
