Position: Director of Sales, United States Navy (USN)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Direct and oversee the entire sales process targeting customers in the US Navy
  • Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the USN market
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to support sales
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor actions that impact company positioning
  • Contribute to building a robust pipeline of business opportunities and manage CRM updates
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
  • Prior US DoD military service with increasing levels of responsibility
  • Deep understanding of USN procurement and various Navy departments
  • Knowledge of military C2, C5

    ISR, EW, or SIGINT applications
  • Must have clearance at SECRET level or the ability to obtain it within 12 months
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Minimum 4 years of business development and sales experience in a technical field
  • Demonstrated experience in autonomous military systems
  • Extensive US Navy or Naval Special Warfare (NSW) experience
  • Strong technical acumen related to US Navy tactical communications
  • Track record of successful sales of MANET and/or radio solutions
