- Manage accounts for companies with revenues of less than $500M, leading the sales process from initial contact to deal closing and renewal
- Meet or exceed revenue targets while maintaining accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize solutions that meet customer needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Minimum of 4 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector
- Proven ability to sell complex software solutions using a consultative and value-based approach
- Experience with high-velocity sales and a land‑and‑expand strategy, particularly with C‑level executives
- Strong skills in leading sales processes involving multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work independently from a home office and travel to customer locations
- College degree preferred
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Enthusiasm for prospecting and managing the entire sales cycle independently
- Experience in developing and executing account plans
