- Actively prospect new business opportunities and manage a robust sales pipeline
- Lead the entire sales process from account planning to deal closing and renewal
- Meet or exceed revenue targets while collaborating cross-functionally to tailor solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Regularly update CRM system to ensure accurate sales activity records and forecasts
- Minimum of 4 years direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and selling complex software solutions
- Experience in high-velocity sales and selling to C-level executives
- Strong ability to manage the entire sales cycle independently from initiation to closure
- College degree preferred
- Experience with consultative and value-based selling approaches
Demonstrated skill in leading detailed sales processes involving multiple stakeholders - Enthusiasm for prospecting and developing account plans
