The position is remote and can be located anywhere posted in the US. The role is an outbound contact center focused on securing enrollments in energy‑saving programs for utility customers.

• Drive success in a high‑volume outbound sales environment using a fast‑paced dialer to speak to utility customers and encourage enrollment in energy‑saving programs.
• Meet daily outbound sales production and monthly quality goals.
• Identify eligibility and consistently close enrollments.
• Participate in training sessions and collaborate as an active remote team member.
• Earn commission based on defined metrics.
• Preferably bilingual to serve Spanish‑speaking customers.

• Experience handling inbound or outbound voice calls.
• Expertise navigating a script.
• Supporting customers and technical inquiries.
• Comfort with a committed schedule including set lunches and breaks.
• Appreciation for goals and performance metrics.

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Typing speed 35 WPM or higher.
• No attendance or punctuality concerns.
• At least 6 months of customer‑facing experience; call‑center experience preferred.
• Ability to thrive in an intensive environment balancing support and multiple platforms.
• Sales‑oriented with focus on customer‑service satisfaction.

We provide a laptop, required software, and all necessary equipment.

• Minimum 10 Mbps upload / 20 Mbps download / less than 99% latency.
• Use Google free speed test if unsure.
• Ability to hardwire internet, plug directly into router.

• Dedicated home office space, free of personal disruptions.
• Two power connections.
• Full‑shift phone availability; no flexibility to answer the door or serve others during scheduled hours.

$18 per hour plus $65 per month internet stipend.

An assessment must be completed before consideration.
