Remote Outbound Sales Specialist

• Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to secure enrollments in energy-saving programs
• Meet daily outbound sales production and monthly quality goals
• Identify customer eligibility and consistently close enrollments
• Actively participate in a remote team environment, including training sessions
• Navigate a fast-paced dialer and support customer inquiries efficiently

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months of previous experience in a customer-facing environment
• Experience handling inbound or outbound voice calls
• Ability to type 35+ words per minute
• No attendance or punctuality concerns

• Call center experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment
• Bilingual abilities to assist Spanish-speaking customers
• Sales-oriented with a focus on customer service satisfaction
• Experience thriving in a high-volume sales environment
• Strong multitasking skills while navigating multiple platforms
