Five Star Bath Solutions of East Bay is part of a nationally recognized, fast-growing bathroom remodeling franchise. We deliver hassle-free, high-quality remodels that improve homeowners’ lives — and we’re expanding quickly in the East Bay.

We’re seeking a proven one-call closer with a strong background in in-home sales. If you’re tired of juggling measurements, drawings, and permits at other companies, this role is different: you sell, and then our project management team takes it from there.

• Prepaid Weekly Commissions – Paid the week after the contract is finalized. No waiting months for install.
• $150k–$250k+ Annual Earnings – Top closers regularly hit six figures and beyond.
• One-Call Close Model – Meet with homeowners who have requested appointments. (We do our best to pre-qualify, but readiness varies.)

• Conduct in-home design consultations with scheduled homeowner appointments.
• Present bathroom solutions with confidence and professionalism.
• Overcome objections and close sales same-day.
• Assist with financing paperwork and contract completion.
• Submit the sale and move on — our project team handles everything else.

• Proven one-call close experience in home improvement (bath, windows, roofing, solar, etc.).
• Strong closer mentality — persuasive, confident, and performance-driven.
• Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable with Google Docs, spreadsheets, and iPad.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Training:
Paid onboarding with virtual ride-alongs, classroom, and online modules.

Compensation: 100% commission, up to 15% per job.

Earnings: $150k–$250k+ annually for consistent closers.

Prepaid Weekly Pay:
