What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and execute sales strategies while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
  • Conduct market research to identify sales growth opportunities and competitive positioning
  • Manage high-level relationships with Key Accounts across the U.S. and Canada
  • Drive revenue growth through collaboration with local representatives and various internal teams
  • Educate and mentor sales teams on application and value-based selling of surge protection products
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, preferably with surge protection or switch gear
  • Proven experience leading outside and inside sales teams
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time throughout the U.S. and Canada
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Previous experience in surge protection or switch gear sales
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to guide customers toward solutions
  • Familiarity with electrical connection and protection solutions
  • Experience in managing large accounts and complex contracts
  • Ability to navigate construction project sites
