Diagnostics Solutions Executive (USA, REMOTE)
Join Danaher Corporation in this fully remote, sales‑focused position, where you’ll partner across Danaher Diagnostics Operating Companies to provide diagnostic solutions to top U.S. accounts. You will build and maintain relationships with C‑suite customers, develop account strategies, coordinate executive sponsor ships, and drive revenue growth.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Understand the business and financial goals of your customers and create a compelling account plan.
- Build relationships within the C‑suite and key stakeholders of selected health systems.
- Lead the strategic yearly business plan, incorporating value drivers for both customers and Danaher.
- Utilize Danaher Business System tools to lead sales campaigns.
- Partner with Delivery Operations to ensure successful installation and maintenance.
- Collaborate with Operating Company leadership for alignment with local teams.
- Manage funnel, account plans, executive‑level selling, and solution architecture.
The essential requirements for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred business or science); master’s degree preferred.
- 20+ years of sales experience, at least 15 in hospital or laboratory settings.
- Proven ability to manage large, complex deals.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent presentation skills for executive‑level audiences.
- Customer‑focused mindset.
- Solid project‑management skills.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: 75% travel.
It would be a plus to have previous experience in:
- Hospital operating finances and healthcare economics.
- Research.
- Marketing/Communications.
- People management.

Base salary range: $230,000‑$270,000 (range may be modified). Bonus/incentive pay available. Comprehensive package includes paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k).
