Entry-Level Life Insurance Consultant Track; Remote

Responsibilities

Proactively connect with prospective clients to assess life insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions

Operate as a performance-driven consultant, setting and tracking personal sales goals and activity metrics

Educate clients on life insurance products in a clear, ethical, and compliant manner

Build and manage a personal pipeline through outbound calls, follow-ups, and referrals

Conduct virtual consultations via phone and video conferencing platforms

Maintain accurate client records and application documentation

Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and skill development sessions

Execute sales strategies with discipline, consistency, and a competitive mindset

Collaborate with team leaders and mentors to improve performance and advance professionally
