• Direct and oversee the entire sales process for MIMO-MANET products within the US Navy account
• Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the US Navy market
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to support sales development
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor actions to inform business strategy
• Foster a customer‑centric approach by addressing concerns and gathering feedback

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
• Prior US DoD military service with increasing levels of responsibility
• Deep understanding of US Navy procurement and relevant military applications
• Solid understanding of US DoD funding and procurement cycles
• Must have clearance at SECRET level or the ability to obtain it within 12 months

• Minimum 4 years of demonstrated business development and sales experience in a technical field
• Strong technical acumen and understanding of US Navy tactical communications challenges
• Track record of successful sales of MANET and/or radio solutions
• Experience working with resellers and distributors
• Familiarity with CRADA formulation and execution
