Position: Director of Sales, United States Army

Job Responsibilities
  • Direct and oversee the entire sales process for Silvus’ MIMO-MANET products within the US Army
  • Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the US Army market
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to support sales development
  • Contribute to building a robust pipeline of business opportunities and updating CRM databases
  • Foster a customer‑centric approach while addressing customer concerns and feedback
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
  • Prior US DOD military service with increasing levels of responsibility
  • Deep understanding of US Army procurement processes and related entities
  • Solid understanding of US DOD funding and procurement cycles
  • Must have a SECRET level clearance or the ability to obtain one within 12 months
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of demonstrated business development and sales experience in a technical field
  • Proven track record managing complex accounts and influencing acquisition programs
  • Strong network at Army program offices and installations
  • Track record of successful sales of MANET and/or radio solutions
  • Strong communication skills and technical acumen in tactical communications
