• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to understand and address customer business goals and requirements
• Develop a deep understanding of the employer's product offerings and technical capabilities
• Lead consultative engagements with prospective customers, focusing on their technical and business challenges
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing nuanced recommendations and demonstrating industry expertise
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in global and distributed talent employment strategies

• Several years of solutions consulting experience in the HR tech, fintech, or software/technology industry
• Proven ability to employ consultative techniques to understand client needs and build rapport
• Strong understanding of sales cycles and processes, with excellent sales acumen
• Exceptional written and verbal presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly
• Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional European language is a strong plus

• Familiarity with distributed employment models, remote work, and international workforce management
• Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to learn and analyze software solutions quickly
• Passion for remote work and a global outlook
