Join Seabourn Cruise Line as a Personal Cruise Consultant and work fully remotely from the United States. Your role will focus on outbound sales, relationship building, and achieving performance goals that drive both personal and company success.

• Make 40+ outbound calls each day to guests who have expressed interest in Seabourn cruises.
• Contact guests at the right time with the right message, leveraging the company’s database and customer relationship management system.
• Build strong, long‑term relationships with guests to encourage referrals and repeat business.
• Listen actively, ask qualified discovery questions, and use exceptional communication skills to close sales.
• Meet or exceed defined performance metrics and objectives.

• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Excel and Outlook preferred; must be able to master new computer systems quickly.

• Base hourly wage: $15.00+ per hour (or higher per local minimum wage guidelines).
• Performance‑based incentives: training and post‑training incentives totaling approximately $3,200/month during training and $4,400/month post‑training.
• Typical earnings for new consultants: $50 k/year; top performers: $80 k/year.
• Experienced consultants earn $65 k–$100 k+ per year.
• Remote work stipend: $50.00/month for contact center equipment and broadband supplement.

• Successful applicants receive up to 8 weeks of paid training covering product, systems, and selling best practices.
• Commitment to training and a 90‑day no‑time‑off period is required after training.
• Training schedule:
  Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM PST.

• High‑speed, non‑satellite, non‑dial‑up internet (cable or fiber preferred).
• No data cap and upload/download speeds of at least 50 Mbps down and 12 Mbps up.
• Computer must be hard‑wired to the modem;
  Wi‑Fi is not compatible with the phone system.
• Position is 100% remote for US residents only; partially excluded states: AR, CA, DE, HI, ME, MN, NH, NY, OK, OR, SD, VT, WA, WV, and WY.
