Spieldenner Financial Group is looking for our next business partner to help us revolutionize the Mortgage Protection Industry. Our philosophy is to better our lives through bettering the lives of others through protection of families, personal and professional growth, and leadership training.

• Setting Appointments: 6–8 hours per week – reach out to potential clients who have previously requested coverage with our company and schedule a time to discuss their mortgage protection coverage.
• Research: 4–5 hours per week – dig into the information the client provided to customize options that meet their financial needs in the case of a death or disability.
• Meeting with Families: 2 days per week – meet with clients either virtually or in-person to present options, discuss coverage details, and help them apply.
• Administrative: 2 hours per week – follow up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.

This is a commission-only sales position. The average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family you protect. A full-time agent is expected to sell 5–10 mortgage protection plans per week. In addition to mortgage protection, we offer a selection of premium financial products for retirement savings and protection of retirement accounts. Comprehensive training, uncapped commission, competitive bonus structure, and incentive trips are available.
