Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Middlesex, NJ, with some work-from-home. The Outside Sales Representative will focus on building and maintaining relationships with customers, conducting sales presentations, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, developing tailored solutions for client needs, and managing sales activities to achieve company goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Sales Presentations and the ability to effectively showcase products and services.
  • Proven experience in Relationship Building and forming long-term partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to understand customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated success in New Business Development and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
