Job Description: As a Two‑Way Radio Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue by providing expert consultation on two‑way radio technologies, values, and differentiators to a diverse range of clients, including public safety agencies, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and manufacturing companies. You will play a critical role in strategically positioning our products and services to meet the unique communication needs of each client.

Our client offers competitive sales commission plans with no caps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of two‑way radio technologies, values, and differentiators to effectively communicate the benefits to clients.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to identify their specific communication requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to design and propose customized two‑way radio solutions that meet client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, from frontline staff to senior leadership, to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to clients to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our two‑way radio solutions.
  • Work closely with marketing to develop sales collateral and other materials to support sales efforts.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by utilizing MS Dynamics CRM.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in the communication technology industry, preferably in two‑way radios or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of RF and two‑way radio technologies, including analog and digital systems, trunking, and encryption.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with clients at different organizational levels.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience working with public safety agencies, education, healthcare, or manufacturing sectors is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
