Position: Sales Representative for the UK Market

ELVTR is a premier online education platform specializing in live courses led by industry experts from global companies. Since 2020, we have grown to 140 team members and deliver education to students worldwide. We are expanding our team in South Africa to support our growing presence and impact.

Position Overview: ELVTR is seeking a sharp, results-oriented Sales Representative to convert highly engaged leads into customers. You will close warm prospects who have already scheduled their calls. This is a full-time, fully remote position open to candidates based in Indonesia. The position is offered on a contract basis and the selected candidate will be engaged as an independent contractor.

Responsibilities
  • Convert warm, pre-qualified leads into enrolled students for our premium courses
  • Build rapport with prospects and identify how our programs align with their goals
  • Track your metrics and iterate quickly to exceed conversion benchmarks
  • Maintain clean and detailed records in our CRM
  • Communicate customer insights to marketing and product teams for continuous improvement
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer journey
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluent, professional English communication skills
  • Strong grasp of CRM tools and digital sales platforms
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and retain product knowledge quickly
  • Confidence, curiosity, and excellent listening skills
  • A history of high performance in quota-carrying roles is a strong plus
