- Manage and mentor a team of 2–10 SDRs/BDRs, fostering growth through coaching and continuous learning.
- Develop and execute inbound and outbound sales strategies to generate a multi‑million‑dollar pipeline.
- Drive outbound approaches, experiment with new techniques, and adapt to market changes.
- Lead coaching programs and maintain high standards of integrity, empathy, and work ethic among team members.
- Excellent academic record at school and university.
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Business or STEM.
- Knowledge and passion for business development, sales, and technology.
- Track record of exceptional outbound sales‑development results.
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement – curiosity, flexibility, and a scientific mindset.
- Creative problem‑solving and cross‑team collaboration skills.
- Leadership experience in any capacity.
- Ability to use data to drive team activities and continuous improvement.
- Distributed work environment with twice‑yearly in‑person team sprints.
- Personal learning and development budget of USD 2,000 per year.
