Position: Sales Representatives, Regional Sales Managers, Sales VP’s, and / or National Account Managers

Technical Sales Representative / Sales VP / National Account Manager – GHA Technologies, Inc.

GHA Technologies, Inc. seeks experienced technology sales professionals with a minimum of three years of direct technology sales experience. We are hiring nationwide for roles ranging from Regional Sales Manager to National Account Manager and Sales VP.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Cash and bonus: up to $10k fast start monthly bonus for 12 months, $120k first year, $2,500 first week training pay, $500 per virtual appointment bonus, up to $1,500 per week for minimum call and one qualified onsite appointment.
  • Profit margin awards: 200% of the margin for first 90 days of shipped orders, 40%-59% margin after 90 days, up to $10k new client account credits, up to $5k new account donation credits, up to $400 gift cards for business building activities.
  • Broad stock equity: GHA employee owners receive annual stock shares on top of commissions and bonuses.
  • Full benefits: W-2 employment, medical, dental, HSA, 401K retirement plan, GHA company stock ownership (ESOP).

Responsibilities (overview)

  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate, government, and education clients nationwide.
  • Prospect, qualify, and close deals for the latest AI, cloud, security, and data center technologies from Nvidia, Dell, HP, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, Lenovo, etc.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual quota targets.
  • Collaborate with product and integration teams to deliver mission‑critical solutions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of direct technology sales experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota in a competitive technology sales environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self‑motivated, result‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth company.
