We are seeking an Account Manager with strong relationship‑building skills and experience growing revenue for cloud, SaaS, or mobile solutions. This is a Remote Work‑from‑Home full‑time position.

• Serve as the primary account contact for prospects and customers
• Manage inbound sales inquiries and demo requests for SaaS products
• Coordinate initial and follow‑up product demos with Sales Engineers
• Prepare quotes and assist with renewals and upgrades
• Identify and pursue expansion, cross‑sell, and referral opportunities
• Facilitate customer access to technical and product support resources
• Nurture warm leads and maintain strong long‑term account relationships

• Customer‑focused with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach
• Experience managing and growing B2B SaaS accounts at director, VP, and executive levels
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts effectively
• Demonstrated success supporting revenue growth and customer satisfaction
• Strong references from former managers or supervisors
