What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Actively prospect and develop new vendor and lessee relationships
- Drive volume and penetration in existing vendor and lessee relationships
- Pursue vendor and manufacturing relationships that can produce at least $3MM annually
- Assist vendor salespeople with leasing sales training
- Develop strong business relationships with both senior management and day-to-day contacts at vendor customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Background in equipment leasing
- Experience in banking/financing and consultative sales
- Transferable book of business from $3MM annually or greater preferred
- Knowledge with CRM software programs, Salesforce preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment leasing
- High school diploma or GED required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of the Healthcare, IT/Telecom, Construction/Industrial, Automotive, Survey, POS Restaurant, Software, and Commercial Vehicles (Medium Duty) industries
