Senior Sales Engineer – Serve as the technical bridge between complex product solutions and customer needs, supporting sales teams throughout the pre‑sales process. Conduct product demonstrations, address technical questions, and collaborate with clients to design tailored solutions that solve business challenges. Work closely with sales, product management, and engineering teams to drive successful client outcomes, ensure solution alignment, and contribute to long‑term customer satisfaction.

Accountabilities
  • Conduct technical product demonstrations and address client questions both onsite and virtually.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and present customized solutions.
  • Support the sales process through proposal development, RFP responses, and solution architecture.
  • Position products against competitors, highlighting differentiators and value propositions.
  • Maintain in‑depth knowledge of product features, upcoming enhancements, and industry trends.
  • Gather client feedback to identify potential product gaps or enhancements and communicate insights to Product Management.
  • Represent the company at conferences and events to promote products and solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in technical sales, pre‑sales engineering, or a similar role within financial services or fintech.
  • Strong understanding of banking software, fintech solutions, and financial institution workflows.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for clients.
  • Familiarity with consultative, strategic, and conceptual selling methodologies.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and presentations.
