. For advertising purposes we are calling it Business Growth Executive to reflect the role as creating opportunities and opening doors rather than closing deals.

  • Speak with pre-identified businesses and decision makers
  • Build rapport, understand needs and arrange quality appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities
  • Collaborate with managers and colleagues to refine your approach
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals with visible success

Skills and experience required:

  • Confident, engaging communicator, especially over the phone

  • Experience of working to KPIs in customer-facing roles (retail, hospitality, call centre, recruitment, etc.)
  • Curiosity about how businesses work and a desire to learn professional sales skills
  • No formal sales experience required – we will teach you
