About the Role

As a GRC Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in growing our presence within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) ecosystem. Leveraging your extensive industry connections, you will identify, engage, and close new business opportunities, positioning our GRC solutions as the go‑to choice for compliance, risk management, and security needs.

This role is ideal for a results‑driven sales professional who has:
  • Established, deep‑rooted relationships within the MSP/MSSP industry
  • A proven track record of driving revenue through strategic partnerships
  • A strong existing book of business, with the ability to open doors quickly
  • Experience selling GRC, compliance, or security solutions to service providers
Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage your existing MSP/MSSP network to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) challenges.
  • Demonstrate tailored GRC solutions that align with client objectives and drive long‑term partnerships.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
  • Maintain and grow strong client relationships to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape in the GRC sector.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven success in sales, preferably within the GRC, cybersecurity, compliance, or technology sectors.
  • Strong, well‑established connections in the MSP/MSSP space and an active book of business.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell into MSPs/MSSPs and build long‑term, high‑value relationships.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with internal teams.
  • High motivation and a strong sense of urgency to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Background in GRC, cybersecurity, risk management, or compliance is a significant advantage.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Requirements
  • Schedule:

    Full‑time, 8‑hour shift, Monday to Friday
  • Travel:
    Up to 50% (Preferred) for client meetings, industry events, and networking
  • Work Location:

    Hybrid remote (Combination of remote work and in‑person meetings as needed)
  • Experience:

    Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in GRC, cybersecurity, or technology sales
  • Industry Network:
    Established book of business and strong relationships within the MSP/MSSP ecosystem
  • Sales Track Record:
    Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Communication

    Skills:

    Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building abilities
  • Self‑Motivated:
    Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
  • Tech‑Savvy:
    Comfortable using CRM software, sales automation tools, and virtual communication platforms
  • Problem‑Solving:
    Ability to understand client challenges and position‑tailored GRC solutions
