Technical Sales Engineer (Remote in USA)
ALLPLAN enables architecture, engineering, and construction professionals to transform project delivery by connecting teams and data throughout the entire lifecycle. Product Pulse is recruiting a high‑performing Technical Sales Engineer to support aggressive growth in the Americas by providing deep product expertise to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Demonstrations:
Build relationships with potential customers, understand their workflows, and demonstrate how ALLPLAN’s solutions fit their needs. - Translate Complexity Into Solutions:
Diagnose pain points and present simple, effective solutions that save time and money. - Increase ROI:
Understand the AEC software sales cycle, engage decision‑makers, and build persuasive ROI business cases. - Build Industry Presence:
Establish a strong presence in targeted AEC verticals and professional communities, cultivating a robust pipeline of prospects. - Cultivate Influence:
Tailor ALLPLAN’s Professional Services and product portfolio to meet unique client needs, accelerating sales cycles. - Consultative Sales Approach:
Employ a problem‑solving, consultative strategy to deliver measurable improvements, manage a broad pipeline, and promote renewable software licenses and service agreements.
- Relevant experience in a fast‑paced environment, ideally as part of a full‑cycle inside sales team within SaaS, BIM, or design software.
- Knowledge of the AEC customer lifecycle and experience in sales/pre‑sales roles.
- Enthusiasm for innovative technologies and passion for helping businesses adopt digital transformation in the AEC sector.
- Self‑discipline and proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track engagements.
- Ability to craft compelling proposals, negotiate value, address objections, and close deals.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical aptitude and willingness to master ALLPLAN’s BIM platform and competitive landscape.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to take initiative on new projects and responsibilities.
- Key role in a dynamic, global sales team focused on software innovation for the AEC industry.
- Direct impact on company growth by converting prospects into valued customers.
- Collaboration with high‑performing colleagues across Inside Sales, Account Management, Sales Engineering, and Channel Sales teams worldwide.
