Enterprise Account Manager (Philippines)Informatica is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to cover the Philippines territory with experience selling Enterprise business software via partners to join our team in AIK (ASEAN, India, Korea). The role will be based in Singapore. Some travel may be required.
You will report to the General Manager, Sales AIK.
The Account Manager will sell our strategic enterprise software Data solutions and drive incremental subscription & cloud revenue. In the role of Territory Account Manager, you will maintain relationships within assigned accounts and maximize Informatica's footprint within them. We are looking for knowledge of complex organizational challenges and the ability to translate these into Data Solutions that drive agreed outcomes. Working as the Account Manager you have strong communication, collaboration, and sales skills.

- You are responsible for the execution plan of each assigned account.
- Develop a strategic and comprehensive business plan for your accounts, including identifying core customer requirements and mapping the benefits of Informatica's solutions to customer requirements and agreed outcomes.
- Sell‑to and work with executive‑level customer decision‑makers up to and including the CXO level.
- Accountable for accurate forecasting in SFDC, qualifying against our MEDDICC methodology, regular quarterly revenue delivery and the implementation of agreed account and business plans.
- Develop your own pipeline for the shorter and longer‑term requires taking ownership to create new opportunities yourself and to maximize this you work with our Strategic Partners and Marketing to develop a plan for the accounts, to include events, seminars, and roadmap sessions.
- 10+ years of experience in a Field Sales role and selling Enterprise Software solutions.
- Relevant Bachelors or Master's degree.
- Industry knowledge of Banking, Insurance, Telecommunications and/or Manufacturing.
- PHP language skills will be a bonus.
- Data management and a foundation in data / analytics and especially selling software as a service.
- Proven experience hitting sales targets and being motivated by that.
- Deep industry knowledge of a customer's decision‑making process, goals, strategies, and goals.
- BA/BS or equivalent educational background, we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
