Position: Sales Account Executive DACH – Fully Remote (Payroll or Freelance)

Are you a born dealmaker with a passion for the event and entertainment industry? At elockers
, we provide smart locker solutions that enhance the visitor experience at festivals, events, and venues. As our Sales Account Executive DACH
, you'll be responsible for expanding our presence in the German‑speaking market and turning opportunities into long‑term partnerships.

What you’ll do:
  • Identify and approach potential clients in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
  • Build strong relationships and guide prospects through the sales journey – from first demo to final onboarding
  • Present elockers smart locker solutions in a compelling and tailored way
  • Negotiate and close deals with event organizers and venues owners/operators
  • Ensure a smooth transition to our Ops teams by accurately documenting client needs in Hub Spot
  • Stay in touch with existing clients and support contract renewals when needed
  • Share valuable insights and client feedback with internal teams
Your profile
  • Native‑level German and English (B1)
  • Proven track record in sales/business development – ideally in the event tech, ticketing, or cashless payment space
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Self‑starter mindset: you’re comfortable working independently in a remote‑first setup
  • Affinity with tech‑driven solutions
  • You know the scene: nightlife, festivals, or music events and you wouldn’t want to work in any other industry.
