Sky Outbound Sales Advisor – Join a Leading UK Insurance Provider!

Minimum of 12 months targeted telesales experience, in one role within the last 3 years.

Salary: £23,000 per year + up to £7,000 annual OTE

Remote – work from home (we’ll provide all the equipment!)

Work Schedule:

• Week 1:
  Monday 10:00 AM–6:30 PM, Tuesday–Thursday 9:30 AM–6:30 PM, Friday 9:30 AM–4:00 PM
• Week 2:
  Monday 10:30 AM–7:00 PM, Tuesday–Thursday 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, Friday 9:30 AM–4:00 PM

As a Sky Outbound Sales Advisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and driving sales success. You will:

• Represent the market-leading Sky brand with pride.
• Make warm outbound calls to existing Sky customers, introducing the benefits of our tailored protection plans.
• Use your sales expertise to match customers with the right products for their needs.
• Build strong customer relationships by understanding their requirements and providing solutions they’ll love.
• Receive three weeks of comprehensive training to build the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed.

• A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience working remotely or independently (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail to ensure outstanding service quality.

• The ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
