Overview
As Business Development Consultant, you will have a strong sales background and thrive in a fast paced, target driven environment. You should be a confident person who enjoys a prospecting role, with fantastic communication skills and experience in B2B sales. You will identify target companies and key personnel, and have the ability to influence prospective customers.
Responsibilities- Identify target companies and key personnel.
- Prospect and engage potential clients in a B2B sales context.
- Aim to achieve monthly targets and contribute to team targets.
- Communicate effectively to overcome objections and close opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members and report progress to management.
- A minimum of 2 years in an outbound B2B telemarketing or outbound sales experience is a must.
- Able to work on own initiative and problem solve.
- Proven track record of achieving monthly targets.
- Good attitude with energy and passion to succeed and hit targets.
- Genuine drive and willingness to succeed.
- Confident telephone manner and ability to overcome objections.
