Position: REGIONAL TRAVEL COORDINATOR

Regional Travel Coordinator – Education/Travel Sector

Location:

South Yorkshire (Home-Based with Regular Travel Required)

Hours:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Salary: £25,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission. Company car provided.

Role Overview

Due to business growth, our client is seeking Regional Travel Coordinators to join their team across the UK. This dynamic role involves scheduling appointments with schools, conducting sales presentations to teachers, students and parents, and achieving individual and team sales targets. You’ll be for introducing new schools to the expedition experience and providing exceptional support to those already involved.

Main Responsibilities
  • Contact schools to schedule new appointments
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations to various stakeholders
  • Promote expedition experiences to new schools
  • Provide outstanding support to existing clients
  • Travel extensively within your geographical location, with occasional overnight stays as required
Required Skills and Experience
  • Target‑driven with strong sales skills
  • Passion, drive and integrity
  • Experience in the travel industry or a strong interest in travel
  • Proven sales experience, ideally in the travel sector or face‑to‑face sales
  • Results‑oriented with excellent presentation skills
  • Confident in presenting to students, parents and teachers
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to adapt your style to suit different audiences
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Full driving licence is essential
