  • Position Status:
    Full Time – Work from Home
  • Hours of Work:
    Monday‑Friday, 9:00 am – 10:00 pm EST
  • Rate of Pay: $16.20‑$16.50 CAD per hour + Commission (All other Provinces)
  • $18.90 CAD per hour + Commission (Ontario)
  • Open to Residents of: NS, NB, ON, QC, PEI, MB, AB

Responsibilities
  • Handling inbound client interactions to identify and solicit potential and existing clients to promote sales.
  • Recommending the appropriate product or services by assessing clients’ needs and resources while leveraging applicable promotions.
  • Conducting outbound calls to follow‑up on client sales and inquiries as well as consulting with clients after sale to provide support and resolve issues.
  • Providing technical solutions to clients where products or services must be tailored to suit their needs.
  • Acquiring and maintaining technical knowledge of GFiber Internet solutions, IPTV and Home phone services provided through specialized training.
  • Managing call flows, providing first call resolution, and satisfying client expectations.
  • Leveraging program tools and processes to illustrate benefits of the service and product offerings.
