Cars Commerce is seeking a driven Sales Professional to join their team in Canada. The successful candidate will help drive revenue growth by acquiring, retaining, and expanding client relationships in their territory.
The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience in the automotive or digital solutions industry, a strong understanding of the automotive industry, and excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
The role involves actively prospecting through in-person networking, cold calling, presenting tailored digital dealership solutions, and conducting monthly performance reviews to identify upsell opportunities. The candidate will also train dealers on the digital car dealership ecosystem and KPIs, manage proposals, and collaborate with support teams to ensure smooth implementation.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive revenue growth and meet or exceed acquisition, retention, and revenue targets.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.
- Create acquisition opportunities by introducing Cars Commerce to prospects in the assigned territory, nurture prospects, and facilitate the proposal process.
- Master and train dealers on the digital car dealership ecosystem and KPIs.
- Conduct monthly performance reviews with customers, present identified opportunities, and propose solutions to upsell products or services.
- Proven sales experience in the automotive or digital solutions industry.
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry, digital solutions, digital leads management, and digital advertising trends.
- Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations and performance reviews tailored to the audience's needs.
