We are seeking an outside sales professional to serve as Territory Manager in Vancouver (also covering the Whistler and Pemberton Region). The Territory Managers are the front line of our business and are directly responsible for generating billions of dollars in gross transactional value every year. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will proactively prospect and cold‑call new customers, as well as manage existing accounts.

Key responsibilities- Sell Ritchie Bros. multi‑channel solutions through prospecting, pipeline management and territory planning.
- Source and grow sales with new and existing business by building authentic customer relationships.
- Maintain the territory playbook and utilize the CRM (Salesforce) tool daily.
- Understand specific customer needs and deliver value via customized presentations.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to negotiate and close deals.
- Attend 4 to 6 auction sales (1–2 days each) within the region, meeting customers and colleagues.
- Travel overnight 5–7 days per month across the territory and 1–2 days prior to each auction sale.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 2 to 10 years in a structured outside/field sales role with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience in the equipment or construction equipment industry preferred.
- Proven quota‑driven sales experience; industry knowledge highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain authentic customer relationships.
- Competitive drive coupled with integrity.
- Work primarily from a home office and on the road.
