Our client is the UK’s leading business training and coaching platform for trade and construction business owners, helping tradespeople become successful business owners through a range of training solutions, including 12‑month business academies, mastermind sessions, and retreats.

Due to a huge expansion plan, we are recruiting several Hybrid Business Development Managers who will work 2–3 days a week in our Peterborough office and the remainder from home. You will be supported by a sales development team and provided qualified leads to convert to sales, with the potential to earn over £100 k.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and execute the complete sales process, from prospecting to closing, with unwavering determination and skill.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and quotas, leaving no room for doubt in your ability to deliver results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that guarantee their satisfaction.
  • Be self‑driven and self‑motivated, able to work independently to drive your sales goals and objectives.
The Candidate
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally with a training, events or construction background.
  • Experience using video calling to sell and hybrid/remote working.
  • Experience with deal sizes of more than £5,000.
  • Ability to work 2–3 days per week in Peterborough.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and unafraid of the challenges that come your way.
