The Role

Duties & Responsibilities- Contact potential & existing customers through various channels to create a pipeline of leads.
- Engage and build rapport with potential customers and determine the suitability of company products/services to their needs.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and Linked In outreach to identify and qualify leads in the US, UK, and Australian markets.
- Build relationships with prospects through consultative communication and follow‑ups.
- Identify business needs and connect them with the right product or service offerings.
- Set qualified appointments or demos for the Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the CRM (Hub Spot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive).
- Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation efforts with the overall sales strategy.
- Set sales goals to increase revenue & report sales team performance results. Create, distribute, and collect customer surveys, compiling the results in a datasheet or report.
- Conduct general administration tasks.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints as the first point of contact.
- Ad hoc tasks.
- Graduate of a bachelor’s degree or certificate course.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or Lead Generation Specialist.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least C1 level).
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP.
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar).
- Proactive & confident with keen attention to detail.
- Able to work on a graveyard shift.
- Proven success in outbound sales or cold calling for international clients (US, UK, or AUS markets).
- Strong command of the English language with a neutral accent.
- Experience with B2B lead generation, email outreach, and CRM management.
- Proficient in using tools such as Hub Spot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Linked In Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Go High Level , or Zoom Info.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and objection‑handling skills.
- USB headset with noise cancellation feature.
- Working webcam.
- Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4 GB RAM.
- Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection.
- Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps.
