Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for an Account Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, identifying client needs, and providing tailored solutions. Additional day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing account operations, monitoring project timelines, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services. The Account Manager will also support the generation of new business opportunities and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to maintain and build client trust.
- Proficiency in account management, project management, and client communication.
- Sales and business development skills to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with the printing or marketing industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
