Your Mission
Connect with potential customers  through phone, email, or chat to introduce and passionately explain our cutting-edge products and services.

Understand customer needs  and preferences, tailoring your recommendations to create perfect, personalized solutions.

Close deals like a pro!  Provide accurate information, pricing, and ensure every interaction moves you closer to hitting—and surpassing—your sales targets.

Keep detailed records  of all customer interactions and sales activities, because every detail counts.

Stay ahead of the game  with up-to-date product knowledge and insights into industry trends, ensuring you’re ready to tackle any customer query or objection.

Team up for success  by collaborating with your fellow Neo Group warriors to smash team sales goals.

Follow up  with customers to ensure they’re thrilled with our services and build long-lasting relationships that keep them coming back.

Fluent in Italian , both written and spoken.

Previous experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales goals.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.

Good problem-solving skills and ability to overcome objections.
