Our team supports you to close leads—7 days a week, nights, and weekends—and we expect you to work hard to achieve your goals.
Responsibilities- Source your own leads and build a pipeline through networking and outreach.
- Engage potential clients and convert leads into mortgage opportunities.
- Make a high volume of calls (e.g., 15, 30, 40, or more per day) to advance opportunities.
- Attend open houses and visit prospects as needed (possibly 10, 25, or 50 events**).
- Work beyond standard business hours; this role emphasizes performance over a traditional 9–5 schedule.
- Collaborate with the team and leverage company support to close loans.
- Remote position with ongoing support to help you close leads.
- Access to a large product portfolio with representation from 50+ lenders, banks, and investors, enabling a broad range of loan products and higher earning potential.
- No income caps and the opportunity for high earnings based on performance.

Qualifications- Strong, outgoing interpersonal skills and a track record of relationship-building and lead generation.
- Ability to source and manage own leads through networking and outreach.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet performance targets.
- Comfort with high-volume calling and proactive client outreach.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and capable of working in a remote environment.
