• Source your own leads and leverage your network to generate opportunities.
• Close loans with the support of our team to maximize results.
• Work beyond traditional hours as needed, including 5 pm and on nights and weekends.
• Make a high volume of outreach to meet or exceed goals (examples cited: 15–100 calls per day; 5–50 open houses per weekend, depending on activity).
• Represent a broad portfolio by working with multiple lenders, banks, and investors to close more customers and maximize earning potential.

• High energy, coachable mindset, and the ability to build rapid connections.
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to remember names and details about people.
• Willingness to work hard, demonstrate grit, and stick with mortgage knowledge to achieve success.
• Past experience in sales or lead generation is a plus; not required to apply.
