Join a dynamic, results‑driven team at Satori Mortgage, a 20‑year veteran in the mortgage industry. We are looking for an unstoppable, high‑energy Lead Gen Machine who will thrive in a remote, independence‑based sales environment with unlimited earning potential.

• Source and generate your own leads; build a constant pipeline.
• Make high‑volume calls (15–100 a day, 30–50+ weekly for open houses).
• Engage prospects in person at open houses, coffee shops, or any opportunity to start conversation.
• Follow up after 5 pm, nights, and weekends—no traditional 9‑to‑5 model.
• Close mortgage loans, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Leverage Satori’s portfolio of 50+ lenders to match borrowers with the best product.

• Charismatic, outgoing, and a natural relationship builder.
• Drive to source own leads; coachable and self‑motivated.
• Experience in sales or lead generation preferred, but not required.
• Strong networking ability and a large personal or professional sphere of influence.
• Familiarity with the mortgage industry and local market (Cape Coral, FL) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a performance‑first culture.
