• Source your own leads and leverage a broad network to generate opportunities.
• Engage in high-activity outreach, including dialing many outbound calls per day (examples given: 15, 30, 40, or more as needed).
• Attend and engage with prospects through opens houses or other events as part of lead-generation efforts.
• Work beyond standard hours (nights and weekends) as needed to close loans.
• Collaborate with an experienced team that provides support to close leads and drive performance.
