Mortgage Loan Officer

Overview

We are seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer for a remote position with Satori Mortgage. We have funded tens of thousands of loans over 20+ years, rep 50+ lenders, banks, and investors, and aim to help you originate more loans with no income caps.

• Source your own leads and build a network to generate mortgage business.
• Make 15 to 100+ calls per day as needed to meet goals.
• Visit open houses as part of lead generation (10 to 50 open houses, depending on activity).
• Work beyond typical hours to maximize performance, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to close loans and achieve strong results.

• Charismatic, outgoing hustlers with massive spheres of influence who are natural-born relationship builders and lead-generating machines.
• Ability to start conversations in varied settings and leverage a vast network.
• Coachable mindset with the determination to hit aggressive goals and persist through market challenges.
• Comfort with a high-activity selling environment (e.g., dialing 30–100 calls daily, engaging in multiple outreach activities).
