• Source your own leads and build a broad pipeline through proactive outreach
• Make a high volume of outbound calls (20–100+ per day as needed) to generate opportunities
• Engage with prospects through in-person activities when appropriate (e.g., open houses) and follow up diligently
• Work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, to maximize results
• Close loans with support from the team to help you reach targets

• Strong networking ability and a coachable mindset
• Comfort with a high-activity, results-driven sales role
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours to meet goals
• Ability to manage multiple loans and maintain relationships with clients and partners
