We ve got your back with total support to help you close leads — 7 days a week, nights, and weekends. Our crew has the experience and knowledge to get those deals closed and help you dominate.

• You source your own leads and build a pipeline of mortgage opportunities through your network.
• Make a high volume of calls to reach goals (examples given: 15, 30, 40, or 100 calls per day).
• Attend and/or coordinate outreach through open houses as needed (examples: 5, 10, 25, or 50 open houses per weekend).
• Communicate and work beyond standard hours as required to maximize performance.

• Strong networking, relationship-building, and closing skills.
• Grind, grit, and a coachable mindset with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Experience in mortgage sales or lending and familiarity with loan products and lender partners.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as part of the role.
