Our team provides total support to help you close leads—7 days a week, nights, and weekends. We have the experience and knowledge to help you close deals and dominate.

This is a remote position.

• Sourcing your own leads and driving outbound outreach.
• Making high-volume calls to prospective buyers (examples: 15, 30, 40, or 100 calls per day).
• Visiting or engaging in in-person activities when applicable, including open houses (ranges provided in role expectations).
• Working beyond traditional hours to meet targets and close loans.
• Collaborating with the team to originate more loans and maximize closing opportunities.

• Strong lead-generation capability and a large network/ability to build one.
• Grit, tenacity, and the willingness to do “whatever it takes” to smash goals.
• A coachable mindset and commitment to mortgage industry knowledge.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed to achieve results.
