Who We Are NOT Looking For:
- Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate
- Agents who can't buy their own leads to make sales
- Agents who need hand-holding at every step
- Cheap agents selling policies for $30-50-70/month
- People who are not coachable and have a giant ego
Who We ARE Looking For:
- Competent agents who speak well and communicate effectively
- Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month
- Agents who don't need motivation and are ready to follow a proven system
Our company has partnered with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers selling high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products.
We are not traditional life insurance providers selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.
All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom.
Our agents typically spend $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premium.
We do not participate in lead assist programs.
We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.
We are looking to expand our team with more agents.
