We’re on the hunt for charismatic, outgoing hustlers with massive networks who are natural-born relationship builders and lead-generating machines. If you can start a conversation anywhere – from little league games to coffee shop lines – you’re the perfect fit for our squad.

Our team supports you to close leads seven days a week, including nights and weekends. We work to help you dominate the market and close deals.

This is a remote position with a high earning potential.

• Source your own leads and build a vast network of prospects.
• Make a high volume of calls as needed (examples cited include 15, 30, 40, or 100 calls per day).
• Engage with prospects through various touchpoints (e.g., events, community interactions) to generate and convert leads.
• Work beyond traditional hours (after 5 pm, including nights and weekends) to maximize results.
• Close loans with support from the team and lenders, focusing on mortgage products and customer service.

• High energy, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships quickly.
• Ability to source and convert leads independently; coachable mindset.
• Grit and tenacity with a drive to meet and exceed goals in mortgage sales.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
