We are on the hunt for charismatic, outgoing hustlers with massive spheres of influence who are natural-born relationship builders and lead-generating machines. If you can start a conversation anywhere, you are the perfect fit for our squad. This is a remote position.

We’ve got your back with total support to help you close leads — 7 days a week, nights, and weekends. Our crew has the experience and knowledge to get those deals closed and help you dominate.

• Source your own leads and build a vast network to grow opportunities.
• Dial the required number of calls to achieve targets (examples given: 15, 30, 40, or up to 100 calls per day).
• Visit open houses as needed to connect with potential clients (examples given: 5, 10, 25, or 50 per weekend).
• Commit to working beyond standard hours as performance-driven expectations apply.
• Engage with mortgage-related activities and maintain grit to sustain long-term effort.

• Proven ability to source and convert leads through networking and outreach.
• High-energy, coachable mindset with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends; remote work acceptable.
• Demonstrated persistence and tenacity in sales, particularly in mortgage-related roles.
• Ability to manage a high-volume call and outreach schedule to meet or exceed goals.
