What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Originate first mortgage loans and home improvement loans for consumers
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding loan products and applications
- Stay informed on government regulations and association policies
- Promote Community Reinvestment Act loan program to real estate agents
- Cross-sell association's product line and maintain knowledge of lending and savings products

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and customer service
- Knowledge of mortgage lending laws, regulations, and guidelines
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
- High School Diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelor's degree preferred
- NMLS certification required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in commissioned sales and financial services
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Familiarity with Encompass, Cleartouch, OnBase, and CRM software
